Last week I attended the Kensington Swan Business Ethics Seminar ‘She’ll be right – Yeah Right: Managing risk and reputation in today’s market.’ Keynote presenter Philippa Foster Back, OBE, Director of the UK-based Institute of Business Ethics, spoke about the latest global trends, successes and high-profile failures in business ethics. Following on from Philippa, Kensington Swan partners, Hayden Wilson and Ross Johnston, led an interesting discussion on the relationship between legal compliance and business ethics. They provided an excellent take-a-way showing the relationships between the type of ethical area, relevant laws, industry codes and business codes. I believe this is a useful resource and this morning I asked Hayden whether it was alright to share it with you. Luckily he said yes; and here it is.
