Discussion Topic: What research would best contribute to the dialogue on ocean management in the long term? 

Join us on Tuesday 27 May 2014. We are hosting a free event at the Institute offices on ocean management. Speakers include:

  • James Palmer – Deputy Secretary, Sector Strategy, Ministry for the Environment;
  • Bronwen Golder – Director, Global Ocean Legacy, The Pew Charitable Trusts, and
  • Ann McCrone – Marine Advocate, World Wildlife Fund, New Zealand.

This event will be held at the McGuinness Institute, Level 2, 5 Cable Street, Wellington on Tuesday 27 May from 5.30pm-7.30pm. Following the discussion pizza and refreshments will be served. This event is part of the Institute’s project One Ocean which was established in 2012.
